Turbo Kick coming to Competitive Edge on April 16th!

Turbo Kick is a workout that combines shadow boxing, kick boxing, sports drills, simple dance moves and yoga in a party atmosphere. Turbo Kick is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate. Participants will feel strong, athletic, hip and powerful!

Classes start April 16th!

Monday 10am
Tuesday 7pm
Wednesday 10am
